Every gift to St. Joseph Medical Center is truly a legacy. Decades from now,
patients and staff will look back on the contributions made today as evidence of a strong, ongoing commitment to the mission of this outstanding hospital founded by the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia in 1864.Gifts to St. Joseph Medical Center support ongoing programs, including nursing education and advancement, investing in specialized new technology and expanding services into new areas of need. Our new Cancer Institute, along with our nationally recognized Heart and Orthopaedic Institutes, the recently renovated Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and programs to serve underprivileged patients locally and worldwide are some of the many important areas that have benefited from the generosity of our donors.
These gifts, that can include time and talent, as well as treasure, allow St. Joseph to fulfill our patient promise to serve the community with expert, personal and faith-filled care.
