    Comprehensive preferred provider Health and Prescription Drug Plan for full- and part-time employees. Uses Blue Cross PPO network providers and includes prescription drug coverage. Pretax health and dependent care flexible-care spending accounts also available.

    Provides diagnostic and preventive care at 100%. Restorative and major services with co-insurance and deductible. Orthodontic services for dependent children.

  • Life Insurance
    Two times annual salary fully paid by St. joseph medical Center.

    Available at low group rates. Spouse and dependent children coverage available.

  • CHI Retirement Plan
    Annual employer contributions of 5-10% of salary based on years of credited service. Fully vested after 5 years of credited service.

  • CHI (403b) Savings Plan
